Our History

Shree Vishramyog CHS is strategically located at the crossroads of the New Link Road and Lokmanya Tilak Road. The society consists of 167 members and 9 wings. All the wings, except the F wing, have been constructed within the period 1977 to 1980. The F wing was constructed in the year 2000.

MAJOR EVENTS IN SOCIETY HISTORY:

• Year 1980: Vishramyog society formed with 253 members.
• Year 1992: 120 ft Link Road becomes operational physically bifurcating the society.
• Year 2000: New building (F-Wing) was built on society land within addition of 35 members.
• Year 2001: Repayment of BMC Loan and society becomes owner of the land.
• Year 2012: Vishramyog files request for bifurcation of the society to simplify administration.
• Year 2013: Vishramyog bifurcation order passed splitting it into "OM" Vishramyog, "D" Vishramyog, and our own "Shree" Vishramyog.
• Year 2014: Shree Vishramyog society coming into existence with a total of 167 members.
